Leon Road Closing in New Albion for Culvert Replacement

The Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works announced it will close County Road No. 6, known locally as Leon Road, in the Town of New Albion to replace a cross culvert. The closure is part of routine infrastructure maintenance managed by the county's public works department rather than the town itself. Drivers who normally use Leon Road were advised to plan alternate routes while the work is underway. A follow-up notice later in the summer confirmed the closure remained in effect as the project continued.
