Culinary Arts students at Alfred State's Wellsville campus will serve a Halloween-themed buffet on Thursday, Oct. 29. The meal costs $20, and cash, check and credit cards are accepted. Reservations are required and can be made by calling Mary Ellen Wood at (607) 587-3170. Proceeds go to the Culinary Arts program's scholarship fund.
